Hold on a minute...

T-Mobile has this new service where instead of making you wait on hold, they will call you back within an alotted time. I opted for this and they called me back within four minutes.

The computer that called me put me on hold.

I was calling to disconnect my service.

I am pretty sure I made the right choice.
