Tom

I am house sitting on Capitol Hill right now. I am staying at a beautiful apartment in a lovely neighborhood with a view of Lake Union, complete with premium cable, parking, and a Peeping Tom. I was warned about this Tom fellow. He has been spotted lurking around the neighbors windows. He doesn't seem interested in me though ...Should I be offended?
